Hotel ammenities were of high standard Gym pool etc fab.

Dissapointed as bathroom wasnt cleaned to a very high standard ( soap scum residue from previous occupants on tiles behind taps) disgusting, complained to staff & heard nothing else. Not the usual high standards Im used to for this group of hotels.

this hotel is the best hotel ive ever been there we live in the same time as the hotel but every month on are time of we go and stay because we feel relaxed after being there we use the swimming pool and the starbucks the restaunt the food is the best ive tastled the room was 100% clean the servise was top class i would rate this hotel better than the hilton in manchester the room servise wasnt cheap but u pay for class and it was well worth the money the breakfast was to die for never went short the kept bring it out the hotel staff was well mannered which is a bonus as im in a same sex relisionship we dont get that we always get the nose turned up when we book a double room but for the price of the room it is well worth my money every month to chill and relax every month i go here i come out feel very chilled
